The seller does encourage the potential bidder to read through the auction. And indeed, all the way down, and even underlined, is the "catch". (The truth, if you will, about this auction.)

Me thinkest the current highbidder didn't take the effort to read through the entire text.

Well, it's not exactly nice or honest, trying to dupe people like that.

I think if an ebay employee saw that, they would be upset and probably give the guy a warning to knock it off or something, but I guess its legal, he did mention somewhere in the auction it was a knock off jr. fort max, so I dunno.

still not nice that's for sure. I did an auction liek this one day, I was trying to sell my transformers dust, and just put transformers lot dust, and listed all my transformers I had for 20 bucks BIN. someone bought it without reading it carefully, but we never went through with the auction, I wouldn't really rip someone off like that, I just took the hit with the fee's. I dunno, I still think it was funny

Anyway, it seems the seller's conscience caught up with him since he ended the auction.

I always wanted a Jr. Fort Max. I'd park him on my real Fort Max's shoulder for display.
