Yes, included in Figure Ou 100th Issue. It was a preview figure before Revoltechs were released. You still might able to get one through your comic book shop if you order from Previews through Diamond for this particular issue. I order mine through HLJ back in June.

Just normal & King form. Blade Jack form will come in a set with Leangle. Garren & Chalice will come as a pair also. No announcement of Garren Jack form or Chalice King form but I suspect they will be paired up also...
