Dude...you're bumping this thing relentlessly! Do it every few days, not every few hours.

Also, the thing about these particular RM's is that most people imported them just to have them, they are awesome figures worth a disproportionate price, and are now becoming rare, making it highly unlikely that you're going to get them off of another collector.

Hit up Ebay and pay the piper. If you look hard you might find deals. I just got an MISB RM-10 "Shiny" Primeoff off of there for $17! That's about half the price of internet stores (who are out of stock anyway!).
