That's Ultima Weapon, a big optional boss in the video game Final Fantasy 8. Normally he's actually in a centaur mode, but the figure can also split apart and have human legs. He also has a giant sword. I like him, but he's expensive(I got mine for $90, and that was a bargain). Although not a Transformer, here he is in four legged mode.

Ah, loved the Ultima Weapon, the combo of Renzokuken and Lionheart attack on him was a lot of fun with the unique animation.

Ahh its all coming back to me now. I remember reading up about this when it was still being built. Nonetheless an excellent centerpiece to the Decepticons.

^What used to drive me crazy about this mold (before I wrapped him up to protect his shiney chrome

The G2 figs I hated, were the hideous G1 recolors. Blah!!! The cool stuff I couldn't afford. Or I thought thing like, "Blagg!! That's not Optimus!! Megs ain't no Tank..........but he is strangly aluring. Hmmm. Nahh! change is bad!"

I agree with DarkNarco... Laser Prime's been around for 11 years now, and I for one have long since considered him to be the best OP toy ever made. The reissue colours look cool.

Yeah Beast Wars rules. I just finally got the DVD's, so I am trully excited. I haven't seen the episodes since they aired on UPN. I've seen alteast 95% of the show on TV though.

I managed to find this Airazor on Yahoo auctions for $16.99 MOSC. Hell yeah, if she was MOSC on ebay, she'd would of went for atleast 3-4 times that.
