Snarl's new weapon or...



Why the Dinobots weren't included in the movie.

I got the idea to do this while I was placing Movie Protoform Prime in with the rest of my Prime collection, and Snarl was standing near-by. I realized his alternate mode looked like Snarl's cheeto, and Snarl might prefer to have a larger & harder weapon to work with.

I wanted to do this as a photo-comic strip, where he found Prime, but the other panels didn't turn out as well as I wanted. I also wanted to use Protoform Starscream in place of Voyager Starscream, but Protoform Starscream is, rightly so, in hiding.

Prime's attached to Snarl's arm with two Transformers-included rubber bands.

All Hail Megatron: Battle of the Decepticon Leaders

Galvatron: I am the greatest leader the Decepticons have ever known.
Bludgeon: Not a chance I would have wiped out all of the five remaining Autobots. If only the Last Autobot had not shown up with a resurrected Optimus Prime, and brought back the other Autobots from the dead.

Megatron: Enough!!! I am the ONE and ONLY leader of the Decepticons!

Megatron: Both of you get BACK!

Megatron: You pitiful excuse for a clone of me. You let Prime defeat you, and then allow Starscream to set you adrift. Then Unicron remakes you into this? PATHETIC!
Galvatron:Yes Megatron.

Megatron: And you Bludgeon do I really have to rip your head off again!?
Bludgeon: N-n-no sire

Bludgeon, and Galvatron:ALL HAIL MEGATRON!

Really cool. Makes me wanna get at least one of the classics Optimus Prime molds...

Thanks I realized that with CL Megs, my repaint of Cyb Unicron into Bludgeon, and the arrival of Galvatron I had 3 Decepticon leaders vying for the throne. So I had to have them set things straight, and with the All Hail Megatron comics. I just had to do this short comic.

I'm loving swoop and before people say I miss transformed his legs, they bend better this way. So I'm doing it my way.

I just shoved it in there, I tilted the nose down a bit, thats about it.



I'm kind of thinking about throwing it in a bag of Cheetohs now....

You have Snarl mistransformed, though. His shoulders go down further and his dino-head folds against his chest more.



(That's an old pic, though. Mine has a black collar now. I kept the silver spikes instead of using gold, though.)




Mistransformed again, but you got the shoulders right. Pretty cool pose, though.

I'm still debating on whether to transform Swoop's legs like you have them. They do bend further back that way...

Oh yeah, while I'm on the subject. I got Swoop and Sentinel Prime in the mail from HTS the other day. I had to take a couple of shots of them!





In case anyone is wondering, Swoop's weapon has working pop out flames after I modded it. It is NOT the same way that Peaugh from youtube did his. My version's flames pop out much further, and there will be a guide in the next week or so.

As for Sentinel Prime...





I've since painted some parts of his lower legs black. Looks even better, but I'll have more pics of that later.

I originally had all the bots and cons on the same shelf doing that classic 80s style faction charge/stare off thing.. I switched them up since then, but I kept Lockdown's pose the same cuz I liked it. He doesn't look as cool from the front though.



tried to do something awesome with my autobots too.. didn't work as well.. I think Prowl, Bumblebee and Bulkhead turned out best though.

At one point I had Black Arcnia and Prowl perched on Primus and Unicron's hands respectively in both their squatting/sitting poses. The aestics didn't mix so well.. it's a shame there hasn't been any think from the cybertron line that can manage decent articulation like that.. plus, Prowl looked like a parrot sitting on Primus like he was.

lil more fun .. had TFA Voyager Megs in alt mode since I got leader class.

Thanks for the compliment and pointing out the mis-transformation. I was fidgeting with him after taking the photo and pressed down further on the shoulders, and thought I ended up breaking it.

Also, darn you. I had nil interest in Sentinel Prime till I saw those pics. Those are awesome poses.

No problem. I think Snarl has the worst instructions + least intuitive transformation on a tf in recent years. If I hadn't figured it out he was headed back to the store.

And Sentinel Prime is so far the only Animated Transformer that my fiancee has said was out and out ugly. I dunno, he has a nice heavy feel in hand, an interesting transformation, and a very 'Sentinel Prime' facial expression. And I got him the same time as Swoop, who makes Sentinel Prime look HUGE. His legs should've been about a half inch taller, but he's a decent match for the deluxe Prime figures (I don't like the voyager) so I'm okay with that too.

Plus with the lower kibble sharpie'd black, his blue legs stand out more.

Yeah, it's from SoC. It's the Yahoo Japan 400% Synchro Rate edition. It comes with a few pieces the spec version didn't come with, but unfortunately doesn't come with any of the spiffy weapons that the spec has.

*Glees* Got those two in yesterday~ I can't express how much I love them. <3

Looks hawtsome either way. I wanted the Voltron lions more than transformers when I was a kid. Never got them, though. (I did have a decently posable die cast voltron figure. IT HAD KNEES!)

Yup, this the MP version... but the new plastic one from bbts.com - not the previous metal one.

I have had both, and this could be considered the Alternators version of the MP Voltron. Much more playability, without the scratchiness of the die cast and chrome, not to mention the heavy weight that limits poseability.

He rocks!

I had no idea there was a new plastic version!!! The heavy weight and scratch prone die cast was what kept me away from the original MP.

Think I may pick up this Voltron also, I had the MP metal one, but I sold it cause of how heavy it was and I was afraid of scratchin it, but I couldnt see spendin the money on it I spent to leave it in that box
