Anyone gonna take pics of the grand opening or another day anytime soon. Im off to see mnt Fuji, so I cant. Pics might be nice! Laox is that big "duty free" electronics store near the station! The grand opening is today, March the 5th!

I didn't think the duty-free building even had a hobby floor. The website says that floor only has kitchen goods and suitcases. Regardless, I had to work Friday and Saturday, so I'm sure any freebies are gone by now. I'll try to get by and take pics in the next week or two though.

What's the green Prime? Is it just a PVC or something?

It's a green minicon Sparkplug. It was given away in TV Boy mag last year, so, it's not like, entirely exclusive to LAOX.

Ya know, I searched all over Aki for this place on two seperate trips and never found it.

Here's the skinny on what's going on. Aso-Bit City is sort-of closing and moving to the upper floors of the Laox Duty Free store, supposedly on April 1st (today!). Who knows what it's going to look like, and I don't see how it could be as good as the awesome Aso-Bit City was, but I'm hoping to go check it out tomorrow after work!
