CHAPTER 1


SETTING: Many years into the future.

PLANETS: Cybertron, Earth, Mars, Quintessa, and Telti IV


After a long battle between the Autobots and Decepticons, something had to be done. Drastic measures were needed to bring an end to this conflict. Cybertron and Earth had been battlefields for far too long and the battle has spilled over on the planets of Mars, Quintessa, and Telti IV. The inhabitants of these planets cried out for peace, yet the cry was never heard...or was it?

PLACE: The Sigma Quandrant

A cry of help stretches out from farthest known reaches of space to a lonely, desolate, remote planet. A being on this planet(its only inhabitant) responds rather reluctantly. At first he did not what to make of this. Could his neurol processors be playing some sort of a trick. "No, impossible my mind does not work like that." Looking around the hobble he created by melting a hole into the side of a mountain; he thought that his armor was sending out cries of help. "Rediculous" he thought. Still the cries haunted him from the rise of the first sun to the setting of the fourth sun. The mechanical being was perplexed by the whole ordeal. He thought that he was forgotten. "Who would want a bot that is as ancient as ancient can be" he wondered. Again the cries of help were still present.

EARTH: High in the Himalayan mountain range

"Optimus sir? How much longer can we stand up to this sort of attack?" asked Kicker. "Not until Mountain City is finished." said Optimus. "Magnus is coming with more backup we just have to make sure they arrive all together in one piece." A blast triggers an avalanche above Kicker's post. "KICKER GET OUT OF THERE NOW!!" screams Optimus. Kicker manages to jump toward Optimus. "Whewwee, that was close!" exclaimed the human warrior(now 35 years old). *radio transmission* "Optimus this is Magnus you and Kicker can head back to Sky City Bruntforce and I can take it from here." " Copy that Magnus we are on the way." Optimus transforms Kicker climbs inside and off to Sky City.

UNICRON: Megatron's throne room

"Megatron the autobots have refortified Sky City. What can we do?" asked Dreadwing. " We do nothing hehehehe. Unicron will crush that pethetic resemblance of a city." said Megatron.

CYBERTRON: Autobot headquarters

"Dr. Misha?" says Ironhide(who has matured during battle) "What are readings on the recent energon haul?" "Astromonical Ironhide the new haul promises to be the best and purest energon collected." *Alarm klaxons start blairing* RED alert! RED alert! INCOMING DECEPTICONS!!! "Dr. Misha its time to head to the shelter." says Jetfire as he comes running from the command center.

EARTH: Sky City

On the terrace overlooking the great span of the ocean, Hotshot ponders about the skirmish the day before. "Hotshot what troubles you?" asks Skydive.
"I was thinking back to when the first autobots came to earth and how with the histories that Teletran 10 was telling me that there was an autobot with tremendous power that could literally shake the ground beneath this city. "Oh yeah, I remember now just who you are talking about. The autobot in question Hotshot is Metroplex." says Whirl who lands and transforms. Warning klaxons starting blairing. ATTENTION! ATTENTION! UNAUTHORIZED SPACE GATE OPENING! "Huh, what?" says the three autobots. "What's going on here?!" says Whirl. All three autobots run toward the command center to check on the disturbance. Kicker runs out to meet the trio---"Decepticons are coming and coming fast!" Optimus runs toward the communication relay-"Open a channel to Magnus he must know." "Already done sir." says Inferno. Grimlock peeks in; "Hey what's happening Prime?" "Decepticon raid, Grimlock. We got to defend the energon mines." says Inferno. "Magnus come in, come in Magnus." says Optimus
"Ahh cannot reach him. Send a message to Ocean City and see if they can help."
"On it Optimus." says Grimlock

EARTH: Ocean City

[Transmission comes in] Ocean City do you read over? Come in Ocean City. Won't somebody answer? Ocean City is anybody there---respond please. Omega Supreme trots into the communications room; "Ocean City, go ahead." "Omega we are under attack send what forces you have-repeat send what forces you have we are---[static] Omega activates alarm system; reaches for the PA microphone: "this is Omega Supreme, Sky City is under attack. Repeat Sky City is under attack. I need all available bots to meet me at the launch platform. Omega out."

EARTH: Ocean City launch platform

"Omega what happened?" asks Triceradon. "Sky City is under attack." "Grapple, ready the jump gate." says Omega "Jump gate ready enter now." Grapple looks at Rattrap-"you better go and see about our own defenses, just in case those Decepti-creeps try anything here." [Moans]"ohhhhh. Why do I have to go and check on the defenses? Why can't Gears do it?" [Image comes in on communicator]"because fuzz-butt I'm here on Mars." Blur and Incenerator comes onto the launch platform; "Grapple can you get us there as well?" Grapple shakes his head in denial. Tigertron runs up-"Terracons attacking, southside!" "Autobots & maximals let's move out and stomp some terracon cans." barks Camshaft. After a fierce battle with the terracons badly beaten both autobots and maximals gear up for another round. "Where are they coming from?" yells Swoop as he drops a boulder on several Ravage drones. " Unknown Swoop but we have to stop them here and now." says Towcable(a.k.a. Smokescreen from TF Armada)

CHAPTER 2

EARTH: Ocean City launch platform

As the battle continues, a warp gate opened. A small craft appears from the gate and starts firing on the last few remaining terracons. "Hey what the...? all bots down! DOWN!!!" yelled Kup. The small craft flitted around blasted anything in the air resembling evil. "Kup where did that strange ship come from? Why is it fighting with us?" asked Arcee. "I have no idea Arcee, I have no idea, but I for one am glad that it chose to fight for us instead of the terrarats." Just as fast as the little craft appeared it turned back toward space and warped out.

MARS: Energon Mine #1

"I tell you Skyblast that the energon here is not that powerful." says Signal Flare. "What do you know Flare; the energon here is potent enough to defend us from any decepticon attack. " Powerglide runs up huffing "S-S-Skyblast F-Flare Ocean City and Mountain City are under attack!" "What?" says the two onmicons, staring at each other and then at Powerglide, "how? when? c'mon Powerglide fill us in." [Flare's communicator activates] "Flare you and the others need to come to the command tower ASAP!" "Copy that Gears we're on the way."

CYBERTRON: Crystal City

Another warp gate opens within the vast expanse of Crystal City. A Cybertronian battle tank appears and moves through the city without notice. The tank stops atop a transverse bridge waiting, watching, and monitoring the city for a possible attack.
Inside the Crystal Cathedral Optimal Optimus monitors the transmissions from both Earth and Mars; "hmmm looks like things are starting to get real messy." "Optimal what do we do?" asks Bonecrusher. "Bonecrusher gather the troops. Its time to stomp some junkyard rejects." All of a sudden the ground shakes. Buildings start to sway. Great statues begin to crumble. "Optimal we got trouble out in the plaza! Tripedicus and Tyripticon are attacking the communications tower." says Trailblazer. " BLAST!!! I wish we had Metroplex around. He could have wiped out those two junk heaps out with ease."
Little did any of the bots know that beneath the Cathedral a massive operation is taking place. For deep within the core of Cybertron, Primus himself has undertook the great task of bringing back Metroplex. Meanwhile back on the surface..."Maximals and autobots prepare for battle." says Optimal. "Battle?" asks Primal "battle over what?" "Optimal that quake was not from a blast but from Primus." says Landmine. "Are you sure?" asks Primal. "Yes, look the seismic monitors are reading off the scales. Primus is definitely behind this." Warning alarms go off along with red lights, "now what?" asks Primal.

CHAPTER 3

CYBERTRON: Crystal City

The quake intensifies causing massive foundation fractures within the buildings of the Cathedral compound. During the quake every bot was able to hear a rumbling noise like a massive assembly line in motion. "Don't know what, but whatever it is---it's going to be huge." says Optimal. Wheelie(a lot more mature bot than previously) roars into the Cathedral area "Optimal you had better come quick. Bring the other as well; they might want to see this as well." " What is it Wheelie?" asks Optimal. " Can not explain, but from the looks of it we may have another bot with us." "WHAT?!?!???!!" asks every bot in the Cathedral.

"What in the name of Primus is going on here?" asks Wing Sabre as he looks toward Optimal. "Unknown Sabre, but from what Wheelie says we could have ourselves another bot to contend with." responds Optimal.

The ground splits at jagged seams. Steam and black smoke billow from the crevases. There is horrendous yell and then a huge robotic hand appears. Wheelie flees from the scene. Optimal and the other bots are terrified at what they are seeing. Nothing like this has ever happened before. The ground spreads futher apart and a huge head appears; with one final effort the huge robot makes its way out of the chasm. Shaking itself like a huge metallic bearator from a long hibernation the big bot looks around then sees two other huge bots coming his way. "Oh no! If one big bot is not enough now we have three to deal with." The huge bot turned its head at the smaller bots at the entrance of the Cathedral; "Actually I was sent to deal with those two there."

"Hey Tyripticon, do you think those autobuckets will face us?" "No Tripedicus, but looks like they have another bot there?" "What?!??!?!?! Where???" "There next to their precious Cathedral." As the two decepticons look toward the Cathedral and the huge bot they both realize that they were the aim of the big bot's encounter. "Wait!" called Primal "wait we do not know who you are." " The name's Metroplex." countered the big bot. "Metroplex?!?!" said the other bots who were astonished. "It can't be. It just can't be. M-M-Metroplex you was blown to ashes on Earth centuries ago." said Sabre "I know, but now I have some unfinished business with those two there."

CHAPTER 4



TELTI IV: Telti City-Decepticon outpost



"Hmmmmm...the last readings from that quake on Cybertron was huge. Movar" said Ro-tor. "What should we do" " We wait for word from Mega-Octane and the others then we go ok?" Thundercraker soars in; " You two? What are you still doing here? Ohh never mind we got work to do. The rest of the omni-cons are being rounded up but we need more help to secure them."

"You forget Thunder-head that we were badly damaged when we went against Strongarm. We are still waiting for repairs." said Movar. A quake starts all of sudden under their outpost. Alarms go off. Lights flicker and finally blow out.

MEANWHILE....

AUTOBOT/MAXIMAL SHRINE


The maximals and autobots along with their human counterparts realize that the quake really did not affect them. Still the readings from Teletran 20 were off the scales. "Dad! Daaad! Where are you?" called Randi(a young lady of the age of 15). "(Cough. Cough.) I'm fine Randi where are you?" asked Dr. Evans. "Still in the operations center Dad." After getting power back to the monitor banks Dr. Evans had a clear view of has transpired since the tremors.

"Hmmm...maybe we should look at the cause of the quake." said Beachcomber. "Dr. Evans my scanners show more activity at Telti City than any where else on the planet." "Are you sure Beachcomber?" "Yes. From these readings Telti City was the hardest hit among the other cities." "Dad! Dad! Come quick! You got to see this. Hey. What the......!!!!! (Screams out)" "Randi?! Randi!!!! Beachcomber! Randi's been taken!" "Don't worry Dr. Evans whoever took Randi will have to deal with me. Transform" As Beachcomber transform to a dune buggy he and Dr. Evans raced off to find out what or who has taken Randi. What they did not know was that Terrorgator and Kickback were tunneling under the Shrine's flooring. Readying for an attack on the unsuspecting Autobots and Maximals that reside in the Shrine.


EARTH: Sky City


"What are you saying Whirl? Metroplex is functioning? Impossible-he was reduced to ashes many years ago?" "Hotshot that does not matter now; Optimus and the others need our help. We have to go NOW!" barked Whirl. Radio transmission comes in from Telti IV. "Sky City, Hotshot; Whirl; any one there?" asked the distaught voice. "This is Hotshot go ahead Beachcomber." "Hotshot Dr. Evans' daughter Randi has been taken. The doctor and I are searching for her, but we need help any suggestions?"

Chapter 5

TELTI IV: AUTOBOT/MAXIMAL SHRINE

The young girl had not been taken for she had been in the Shrine's historical annex going over text pertaining to the day when a great warrior would arise to end the plight of decepticon/predicon degradation thoughout the universe. The young girl met up with a maximal warrior who left her to translate the ancient glyphics.

As Randi made her way to the rotunda to meet Polar Claw(BW maximal robot/polar bear); a chunk of ferrocrete comes flying up from a hole in the hall's floor. The young girl screamed then two menacing shadows rose up amist the dust and smoke. Polar Claw rushes to the source of the noise just in time to see the predicons trying to kidnap Randi. "Hold it right there." demanded Polar Claw. "Yeah right, Polarbreath; try and stop us." cackled Kickback. Randi was in the grips of Terrorgator until she realized she had her micro EMP blaster. The pred had the girl halfway down the tunnel until she blasted him. Terrorgator screamed, Randi dropped back to the floor only to watch the fuzor wreathed in ionic torture. "W-w-w-why you li-li-little beast." Then with that Terrorgator's body straighten out then his optics winked out. Kickback was finally able to shake out the maximal's crushing grip only to succome to the beam of Randi's weapon. "NOOOOO!!!!!!!! I cannot believe that we have been defeated by the likes of you. AAAAAARRRRRGHGHGHGHGHGH!!!!!!!!!!" "Oh come on. that was a stun shot. If you positively do know what's good for the both of you-you two had better get your rusting carcasses out of here and quick before I get a hold of you and literally shake you two preds to bolts." said the standing bot.

CYBERTRON: Crystal City

"Metroplex huh? If you are indeed the warrior of legend what is your primary function?" asked Optimal Optimus who was still with doubt about the huge bot who rose up out of the surface of the planet. "First primary function; defend all life that inhabit the universe. Second primary function defeat decepticon forces without endangering the humans in and around the battle zone." replied the giant bot. With that Metroplex went over the other two big bots. "What's he doing?" asked W-Sabre. With that Metroplex unleashed a flurry of fist attacks on the intruding cons. "Well Sabre there's your answer." said Wheelie.

EARTH: Jungle City

The news about a titanic transformer coming out of a ground quake next the Autobot's Crystal Cathedral had stirred fears about the destruction of the great building. Optimus Prime was dumb-founded when he learned that the newcomer was sporting the Autobot insignia. "An Autobot huh? I wonder what his story is? Hmm I better check in with Optimal Optimus to find out the situation on Cybertron."

Mountain City

With all the final preparations to the cityand its defenses Ultra Magnus and the rest of the city builders (bots and humans) were able to rest. "Well people we did very good today. The city is operational and the energon mines are active. In fact, Drillmaster (an omnicon very similar to E-Prime's digger 3, but has the ability to transform.) just informed me of the first load of raw energon to come out of the mines. This alone promises to be a very worthy place to mine and distribute the prosperity that the energon will bring to this establishment." "Magnus incoming transmission from Prime. He wants you to meet up him on Cybertron for he has some great news." said Pyra Convoy (a transformer whose alt. mode is similar to that of Rodimus only with an orange, gold, and black color scheme).

Chapter 6


CYBERTRON: The Tarsurus States: Geblin

Megatron was shocked to learned that an old autobot had risen from the depths of Cybertron. He knew that Primus himself must have ressurected Metroplex to once again foiled the grand scheme of plans that were laid out for total takeover of the universe and the annihilation of the autobots forever.
