Hey everyone and welcome to my nightmare

Basically a few weeks ago now, I ordered some TFs from BBTS and bought tracking extra on one of the packages. one of the packages (the tracked one) was wave 1 & 3 deluxe classics 2.0 figures whilst the other package is a City commander upgrade set.

The problem is that I was away on a business trip when they "attempted" to deliver the first package, which I know is untrue as there was always someone from my fmaily in the house to receive a callto say that there was an attempted delivery. There was also no paperwork in our letterbox to say that they had been upto our house.

Now I know for a fact that UPS deliver to our house because we receive packages every week from them. So I don't know what the hell is going on. I have been checking on the tracking and it says that the package has been sent back to America (So no doubt) my UM set will be sent back too. Will I have to pay postage costs AGAIN to get these figures or will they attemp to deliver them again?

I am absolutely going crazy at the thought of not getting the UM srt as they are completely sold out everywhere and it was a birthday present from my parents which still hasn't arrived

If any of you can help me out with any info it'd be most appreciated

Thanks guys

Step 1) contact the store you bought it from and let them know that you did not mean to return it and ask them to resend it if they receive it. You may have to pay shipping again, depending on the store. If it was shipped via UPS, it may be as simple as the store having the package picked back up again.

Step 2) contact UPS and see if they can re-route the package back to you. Ask about something called "Delivery Intercept."

Are you sure it was shipped UPS and not USPS? If it was shipped USPS, then the only way they'd provide tracking is via an EMS (Express Mail Service) shipment like Global Priority. If they sent it first class international, it could be a pain in the nut to hunt down. If it did ship UPS, there should be a tracking number. Just to go www.ups.com and try to track the package using the 18 digit tracking number.
