Yeah, seriously. No wonder they have to give everyone health care.

If you ask me, they're wasting their money on that. Might was well bow to the inevitable

I wanted to find a pic of that giant spider from "Gilligan's Island" but my Google-fu is not strong. *needs a montage!*

I for one welcome our new arachnid overlords, and remind them that, as an engineer, I could be valuable to them in taking over humanity's technology for their own purposes...

EDIT- I used to feed a couple spiders in my parents' garage. I'd catch a fly in my hand, then stun it on the floor, pull a wing off, then drop it in the spider's web. The spider was about the size of a quarter, legs included. He'd shoot out of his hidey hole and go to town on the fly, who would slowly stop struggling and get wrapped up, or sometimes dragged back behind the windowsill to endure horrors unspeakable.

What is the giant gray thing floating above the bird and behind the spider?
Also is it me, or are there two spiders?

EDIT: ok the big gray thing is the Spider's butt?

You wish. First you'll be injected with venom and paralyzed, then your internal organs will be liquified as you are wrapped in spider's silk, and over the course of, oh, a couple days maybe, your runny innards will be sucked out and your empty husk discarded. You'll die somewhere in the process.

You may want to take your own life before that happens. Here, you'll want to have this with you:

Okay, though I do like the format of a show that's devoted to traveling across America visiting local restaurants.

"Team America: World Police". I say this without the slightest hyperbole: it is the single greatest artistic creation humanity has ever and will ever achieve. Funk yeah!

And yes, Marc Summers resembles the above hammer in his toolishness. Every time I see him on TV (my wife watches those shows) I want to punch him in the face.

You're all a bunch of wusses. I mean, Golden Orb Weavers aren't even scary, what with the funnel web spiders, red back spiders, mouse spiders, barking spiders, taipans, tiger snakes, eastern brown snakes, king brown snakes, fierce snakes, death adders, red-bellied black snakes, 4-5m long salt water crocodiles, box jelly fish, and high shark attack rate.

Hell, even the platypus has a venomous spur that can knock you out from the shear pain that it causes. tmyk.gif

You don't even want to know the kind of damage a pissed off and scared koala or kangaroo can do to you.

Come to Australia, where everything can kill you.
