Oh, now that's just silly. The article didn't even get the premiere date right. The show always has it's new episodes on Wednesday.
the benefits of humour (offensive or not) far outweigh the downsides imo
Having watched the clip they included, I'll admit that I'm a bit shocked. I mean, I know it's South Park and this is usually par for the course with them, but...

I loved it, but I could have gone without ever having to see Lucas' face straining and getting red. But the whole stormtrooper scene at the end was hilarious!
I see nothing anit-Jewish in this, except that one of the people being satirised happens to be Jewish.
And it's about as good a metaphor as any as what those two have been doing to their franchises lately.

i suspect the actual episode was longer and contained more jokes...

That was nothing.... And I agree with haggisjin 100%. Sorry, but any episode contatining Mr. Slave topped this by at least 10 fold.
