I've decided I'm going to give one of these a shot. I've had my eyes on them for awhile, and they seem pretty sweet. I use to be an avid figure collector, but gave them all to my bro. Over 120+ figures. I've decided trying with a new slate, but all new figures with everything actually in tact and clean. smiletf.gif

So, what do you sugegst I start out with? Possibly $15 or less.

The Marvel figures all suck for one reason.... those ridiculous ball-jointed hips. It ruins every figure they have made because it looks like crap. The DC figures are far superior even thought I'm more of a Marvel fan....

Although I'm more active with anything Marvel, I like DC the same. I love Batman. biggrintf.gif (Favorite super hero)

the ball-joint hips allow far more poses so it's up to you what you prefer really

i don't mind the look of ball-joint hips at all... they suck when they go floppy though

I love Marvel Legends but the Hasbro ones are not nearly as good and classical as the Toy Biz ones. But still pick some up!

Not entirely correct. Hasbro sacrificed some of the posability for superior plastic. So while Hasbro's Marvel figs don't have toe or hand joints (repaints excluded) they don't break as easiliy as the Toybiz figures.
