Good for Lego, as that is all what Kreo is a rip off of Lego. Lego should sue Hasbro already for the blatant trademark and copyright infringements

That battle is long over. Lego lost the rights to owning the basic Lego brick design a while back. There are dozens of brick companies now.

I think both Hasbro and Lego know they won't win this with lawsuits, but by trying to make the better toy that will sell more.

I don't understand. Can you site the court case when Hasbro last sued someone over IP infrinfement over a Transformer please? Hasn't happened in over 20 years that I'm aware of.

I meant as far as forcing Hasbro to step up their game, if the quality and success of 3rd party toymakers isn't enough to get Hasbro to bring out better product in the main lines, then you can bet competition in a sub-line really won't change anything.

Yeah, but Lego is much bigger than any 3rd party competitor out there and can compete with Hasbro in terms product volume, market share, and price. If Hasbro doesn't see Lego as a bigger threat than a company like Fansproject they'll lose hands down.
