Using a little modeling putty behind just in case, using my dremel, I carved out Optimus' face w/o his faceplate on. Then I took an x-acto knife and put his mouth on. Using some more model putty, I added the blue strips at the bottom of his chin and painted everything accordingly. Now he has a head for when he's not in battle.

Not bad, but you do need to smothe it out a bit more. The surface is a bit rough.
