While it may be another 6wks before the Generations line hits the stores, we've once again managed to get our hands on one of the highly anticipated War For Cybertron figures. This time, we review Optimus Prime. This is the second design he's had in pre-Earth form. Is it any better than the first go around? Click here to check out the review.

nice review.

.. but kibble ridden? if you fold back the "wheel wings" to look more similar to his actual design.. he wouldn't look so kibble ridden.

i love the alt mode. i think it looks great.

i can't wait for this figure.

The wheel wings can fold all the way back or lay to the side. The way I photographed them was a personal preference persay, but there's not much range restriction. The kibble factor comes into the shoulder pads, the plate sitting behind his arm, the waist plates that fold to the side, etc. Also, the alt mode warmed up to me after awhile but at first glance it didn't look right.

Thanks for the review.

I'm glad this figure is coming in on the cheap side. While it does look nice, it also looks very sloppy.

At $12 I can be alot more forgiving of that then at $45

i'm just saying that the way you have it just makes it more kibble ridden than it actually is. they just make him look a lot less sleek.

I would hope if they made a Leader class version of him it wouldn't need forgiveness. Too bad the WFC toys are only going to be Deluxe class.
