We seem to be in the eye of the storm now, as the wave of new figures has seemed to lost steam for the moment. One of the new figures that has been trickling in lately is Dune Runner. Click here to check out the review

:thumb Glad I'm not the only one that has a problem with the front windows. I'd like a balljoint somewhere in the double-joint on his arms, but I like the figure overall. I :love the head sculpt.

There has been a bit of a dry spell with the toy releases but you are missing reviews for starscream, ironhide, and ratchet from the first wave.I think you should do those if you can find them.

One thing you have to understand is that I purchase these figures from my own personal finances 95% of the time. I try to accomodate as much as I can but occasionally I can't justify spending money. To me, the 3 figures you mentioned do not have enough significant revisions from their 2007 counterparts to purchase again. That is why they are missing.

I passed on him a few weeks ago to get the Ramjet repaint. I do want him though, he's not a bad scout fig.

Blitz-Wing, I have to disagree somewhat, the ROTF SS is almost a different animal from the first movie series. I only picked up the first series Deep Space SS a few weeks ago as well and find him to actually be better(in bot mode anyhow). But I can understand where you are coming from, especially on the money front.

I would have thought the entirely new Starscream would have been worth a new purchase though Blitz. I actually picked up the new Starscream and i have to say I think that aside from them not adding some extra arm articulation it's a pretty good upgrade from the last film version...except for the tattoos XD But I took them off anyway so it's all god. XD

Hmmm, it didn't look much different but I suppose I'll have to take word for it. I'll see what I can do.
