I am Optimus Prime Robot Heroes Book Review

Overall, this is a great Transformer kids book. A cut above what weve come to expect in this arena. With any luck theyll make a dozen more of these. Its clear a lot of thought and effort went into this, and the result is a book kids can enjoy, and even older fans will get a kick out of. Click here for full review.

I think you were a bit hard on Drift being included in the book. It was a nod to the comic fans, and something new to add to the Transformers lore...really isn't the conspiracy you were making it out to be. The only reason it felt so out of place to you, is because you are obviously at G1 fan, and want this Robot Heroes book to be strictly about G1. But to some other fans, or to young children whom it's aimed at...their knowledge of Transformer history isn't the same as yours, so his inclusion doesn't affect them in the slightest. In face, some may even think he's cool and really enjoy it!

Find me these Drift fans who are being nodded to.

And while your at it I'd suggest retiring the "You just want everything to be Geewon!" argument. It's about the most presumptuous and tired statement in the fandom.

Where is Jazz?...

With Ironhide, Hot Rod and Grimlock in the "Not as 'cool' as Drift" tent.

More tired then "TRUKK NOT MUNKKY!!!!" ?

Regardless, why couldn't they have crashed into the volcano? Do they need to crash in a river? What is the thought process behind this? Lets not insult our younger TFans intelligence.

The should have killed off Drift the same time the drifting craze ended...
