Review: ROTF Breakaway Figure

I personally love this figure and it was one of the must haves for my collection...I like the simplicity of the "mech alive" yeah its not a omg moving gears and what not but compared to the nightmare of automorph which one false move and you could breack it basically making the figure useless...I find no simple is best....

 

 

On that not the jet mode is solid and the robot mode is great, it has excellent pose potential and movement range, tight joints and a easy transformation...Id say the only thing Id change would have been making the colors a little darker but other than that a solid figure and worth the price and wait. I hope hell be in the movie cause I know hes in that game...and honestly If they do a repaint of this guy Id probably get it if its good colors.

i love him, i've had him since the 29th and he is very posable and smaller then i thought he would be for a deluxe and i hope he is in the movie

that base you made for Classics Optimus is really nice, how high does it stand?

I like Breakaway, but I was reluctant to buy one because of the sand colored plastic However, I bought one only because I happened to find the one with a better color scheme at TRU. I have found out that it's actually the Japanese version of Breakaway.

Nice work. I never thought about using the Machine Wars Prime trailer for Classics Prime. Looks great.

Yep, I got it during this week's sale. It was totally random. I was actually looking at Soundwave when I saw Breakaway. It was real surprise.

It stands about a foot high. I'm really glad I got some approval from you guys!
