Paramount Confirms Revenge of the Fallen Characters

Paramount Pictures has released a list of the main characters of the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Yahoo! has posted the full list while national newspaper USA Today has commentary from Director Michael Bay and scriptwriters Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci on the newcoming characters. that better not be another April fools joke >< though if it isn't...I like that "the doctor" looks like the recent Microscope TF we've seen pics of. Seems like more than a few of the TF's switch sides at one point or another.

I'm looking at it and everything seems to be legit. I'm totally picking up Scalpel now, FYI. I also noticed that insecticons will make an appearance as small robotic insects rather than the larger ones from G1. Bay's also let loose the full list of constructicon names,

Scavenger, Scrapper, Hightower, Longhaul, Rampage, Overload and Mixmaster.
, along with Demolishor. So in total, there's 8 robots that make up Devastator.

Hm. It's kind of curious that Demolish isn't listed with the Devastator group, isn't it?

Probably because Mr. Bay wants to keep his illusion of mystery intact. We all know that Scrapper is actually Demolishor.

 

EDIT: Also, please disregard my earlier comment, I read the article wrong. There will be only 7 robots, not 8.
