I can see why Hasbro would make a Grimlock one, if they did any at all, but Kickback? Of all the potential gold mines they had to pick Kickback? That alone bears some skepticism. One would think they'd do Shrapnel or Bombshell before considering him, I always thought of him as the least recognizable of the three. Why Insecticons at all really? Surely they could have cashed in on OP, SS, Megs, BB, Soundwave or even friggin Wheelie before Kickback.

WOW nay sayers galore here! At least the other site did their homework and even posted pictures from some of the appearances they themselves were at. Not authentic? At least know what you are talking about before opening your mouth.
For those of you who want a more informed audience then the clowns who ran their mouths here, I suggest this site... http://www.seibertro...=887579#p887579

And you ( Roboraptor ) are involved how? I was referring to the others who first suggested and then declared they were fakes. I don't remember you being involved in the post so where does your disposition mount from? <p>
Anyway, for those that do care, Hasbro used them at appearances and even in commercials. There were, at the very least, two Grimlock full costume designs ( robot & dinosaur mode ), Kickback, Jazz & Starscream. These I know of personally, other may also have been created and used. As for why would I sign up just to post info such as this? We'll how else are you suppose to find out about it?
Thought I was doing collectors a service by putting out the notice. I once ebayed a couple of G.I. JOE 70's box art original paintings and after the auction received lots of interested parties saying they wish they had known and can I possibly get more? You don't get more of these kind of things. One of a kind. Cool no matter what condition. Doesn't even make a difference if you feel you can do a better job than the people Hasbro hired to make them because they didn't hire you. So crappy ( your opinion ) looking or not they are still simply one of the coolest collectibles someone could have added to a collection. By the way folks, they've been sold so in a way this forum is moot, but who knows what else is out there.
