Not really, considering amazon was selling them for 15 bucks and if the guy got free shipping, he could just be reselling them, maybe charging less on the shipping.

I dont think the price is the scam its that cash back gimmick he's flogging. and frankly why would anyone use it? If I want cash I will use an ATM
