transforming pop machine in live action transformers movie

I remember it. one machine was "coke" and one was "pepsi" side by side after the store front closed and everyone left circa '86

I think it was late 84/early 1985 - pretty much to jump onto the same transforming robots bandwagon that the GoBots and Transformers were riding.

After the store closed they transformed into robots and fought - it was a Pepsi advertisement, so I imagine that one won.

Damn you Georgians and your predeliction for calling every brand of soda Coke.

A Mr. Pibb is not a Coke!!!

I hope that wasn't directed at me. I'm NOT from Georgia. I'm a Red Blooded natural born TEXAN! :tfdance

NO I'm not really offended. Just kiddin ya.

OH and yes Pibb is a Coke. It's made by Coca Cola. Besides most folks here in Texas wouldn't be caught DEAD drinking Pibb. It's DR. Pepper or nothin! Of course when you live so close to the ONLY original Dr. Pepper plant still making it with Cane Sugar you kinda get spoiled.

Ok sorry...getting off topic.

YEAH...Selfish Post..BOOOO :tard But thanks for the apology ;)

Shameless Mountain Dew product placement.

Though not as shameless as the pop machine in Godzilla.
