Toyworld Reveal Plans for Dinobot Team Homage Figures Coming Soon

Third party toy maker, Toyworld have released promtional image hinting a homage to some Dinosaur style robots. The images and listing tor five new figures to be released at TW-D 01, 02, 03, 04, and 05 respectively will like be homage toys for the G1 characters. Well, 18 months after posting their first teaser, we have out first look at TW-D01 (not Snarl, who looks finished) and TW-D02 (not Sludge, seen as a prototype) - In COMBINED MODE!

 

Amazingly these combiners seem to be taking their positions on the combiner as legs just like the TFC Toys Star Rescue Team dinosaur combiner, but they are clearly a more G1 accurate homage.

 

Their web site still says that the entire team is scheduled for 2014 release.

 

Using a paint program and a calculator, and assuming that hole on Sludge's back is a 5mm port, I'd guess him to be about 13 inches from tip of nose to tip of tail. Not bad size... about a Voyager?

Toyworld announced TWD-01 TWD01 Dinobots howling official figure. Is the ratio of height 20 cm around V grade gold IDW / Classic Series is plated five bodies can fit. Also announced planned price, 550 yuan. And FPJ almost the same size, but the price is about 100 yuan cheaper. Shipping time is expected in September 2014.

So they are saying 20cm tall, ships in September, costs less than FansProject. His name is "Howling", but that may be a bad translation.
