Planet X have posted some new color images of the Genesis action figure in his vehicle mode. Get a look at the colored test shot that pays homage with War for Cybertron Omega supreme with a stange twist of using G1 colors. While this seems like a logical option, fans seem to be kind of upset with the strange mix and are asking Plant X to do one in game colors. What do you think? Vote in the poll and let us know. Planet X will be shipping prototypes to some shops for their display. More reviews should be available soon! Read the Full News Story Here

Yeah, this thing could have been a win, just so many unnecessary features whose only purpose it seems is to drive up the cost on this guy. Sorry Px, ordinarily I'd have zero issue jumping on any high-end 3rd party product, but this just doesn't seem very worth it, especially with Platinum Omega coming out soon. Now if this project had been Trypticon, Metroplex, Fortress Maximus, Scorponok, Grand Maximus, Black Zarak, or hell even Majin Zarak I'd easily have it pre-ordered already.

The Bot mode looks pretty good and his size is nice, but this alt mode just doesn't seem to look like anything coherent. Like I said before the alt mode seems like an afterthought and I will be fine to wait.
