"Classics Shockwave" has been a sticking point for fans of the G1-reimagining toylines for a long time. That it took until the start of the fourth such cycle to see it realized is fairly surprising, but I guess let's just be happy there was a major game launch to help motivate it this time. It may be the most anticipated individual from this first assortment of Fall Of Cybertron toys, but debuting at the beginning of smaller sizes and higher prices may be curbing the enthusiasm of some. My advice: Don't let it. Read the Full News Story Here

You guys should have shown his "hidden" spacegun mode. Just flip him upside down, flip the chest piece down, flip out the arms/rocket boosters and viola! Shockwave space gunmode and pretty close to the original toy! Yeah, I know it isn't an official mode, but I don't even transform this guy into his official mode...he's always in his gun mode.

I actually hadn't heard details of the gun transformation before this, or else I very well might have included it. At this size it'd probably be comically tiny in an adult hand though.

Here's a quick pic of the "spacegun mode" I took. I added DOTM Shockwave's cable for the classic G1 aesthetics.

Woah, considering it's unofficial (much like WFC Soundwave's Boombox mode), that's actually not too bad! Thanks for the pic of it!

Awesome, just figured out you can remove Shockwave's wings. They just pop right off. Just becareful not to bend the wing and instead pull them off in a straight motion. He looks so much better in robotmode....very close to his classic G1 look.

I like this figure alot...even given that he's so much smaller.....i didn't have a real problem with the legs combining or staying together...i did have trouble getting them to close the first time until I realized that they had to line up with the gun part as well and then it closed without an issue. I think it might just be your figure ExVee. I love that Space Gun "unoffical" mode shown....I saw one where he was attached to WFC Megatron's arm.....
