Target has been offering their own 4 pack of Deluxe class exclusives with the Dark of the Moon trilogy. Although all of them are repaints, one stands out from the pack. Space Case, who borrows his mold from Terradive, is a tribute to the G2 seeker mold from the 90s. Can a Bayverse repaint capture the essence of a bygone series? This review has the answer!

I was fortunate enough to find this guy over the weekend. He is in fact a rare find. The only one I found among the masses shelf warmers. Very nice looking mold.

This figure to me is a very worthy repaint + retooled head. I loved terradive and love that this one had the transparent plastic and nice paint apps. the comic was nice touch! I dont' really know the reference to the original figure, but I feel this is a very nice update to him.

 

BTW, did you pick up the DOTM Arcee? Is it me or is that a new head sculpt? just curious.... ::D

Sorry, I've had some personal issues that have drug me down in the last 6wks. Won't go into them, but I'm getting to a point where I can resume my 'normal' routine...
