I bought him. Makes a good companion to the leader. Like his mini Me. Plus I put the mech tech on the leader. I like. I'm hoping they repaint retool leader SS into thundercracker and add some more mech tech ports

I found and picked up Thundercracker. I wonder if we will get the obvious repaint of Skywarp? The only other version of Movie SS I have purchased was the LC SS, which I promptly sold. IMHO this is the best version of SS made to date. My only complaint is that he isn't released in a G1 color scheme like Thundercracker as well as the lame ass MechTech Weapon, but I've got a fix for that anyways.....

 

This is the best Jetbot jet-former period! This figure is amazing. If you don't have the leader (and that is a hard find right now...pray for ROSS) this is the one to get.

As far as the mech tech thingy...throw it away! It's a piece of crap.

 

Just an FYI, TJ Maxx I was at had a Leader Class SS for $25 new. I almost picked it up, but I've already had him and sold him.

I bought the Thundercracker repaint today and it's an awesome figure. Probably my favorite Bayverse by far. One warning: Starscream's weapons appear to peg together but thundercracker's do not. Shame, as I really like his Mechtech weapon more than his normal weapon.
