I agree with AwesomeJohn. There is so much you got wrong with this review. Hell, even the fricken' instruction show that you fold the hood under the cape in truck mode.

some people expect perfection, or are just as content to throw you under the bus. It's easy to be a critic. I would challenge anyone that has taken the time to bash the review, to take out the time to do one themselves, and put out a better one for others review. Maybe you agree, maybe yo disagree - but at least he gives you his opinion, some good photo shots, and puts something out there to review before spending your money - and last I checked it was FREE. I see no reason for bashing someone trying to help the TFandom. "creative" criticism or ideas for enhancement (feedback) is one thing - but bashing is just being an ars, imho.

Nah, I'm just being contrary. I actually agree with you completely. I always find value in Blitz's reviews. Seeing as how he does it as a hobby, not a job, I feel people have very little room to complain anyway.

I appreciate Blitz's reviews. Although I don't necessarily agree with Blitz opinion on some figures, he has saved me some money because there are some things you can't really see without opening the package. I look for play value and aesthetics. This Megatron looks like a decent figure. Too bad previous movie releases of shelf warming leader class Megs will probably sour Hasbro on releasing one more leader class Megatron;leader BB isn't selling very well around here. I'll grab this version and hope the release a leader class.

I am absolutely stoked on this Megatron. He's the best version of Megs out of the entire movieverse line in my opinion.

 

The lack of paint apps is such a disappointment though. It drives me nuts!! pus i would like a little more articulation in his lower arms ie- swiveling wrists that rotate and same with the forearms.

 

With that aside he's excellent and i have him displayed beside my G1 megs and they look AWESOME together. What is weird is that he's almost the exact same size as G1 Megs. Also a little bit of a let down considering up here in Canada he's 34 bucks after all is said and done.

 

 

i'm glad i didn't hesitate to pick him up. He was the only one i found in the sea of DOTM figures in some stores in my area.

Anyone notice on the instruction manual that Meg's face isn't damaged. Seems like they are going to do a repaint with an undamaged face.

 

Seems like Hasbro has been releasing these instruction manuals with heads of the repaints instead of the figure it was packaged with. Example: RTS Wreck-Gar. If you look at Roadbuster's manual, the mouth area looks a bit different.
