Review: PCC Smolder Figure

I just dont like the way he looks, he just looks like he's from A/E/C and I hate that (the big shoulder look) Lets all say it together: mY LiFe iS pAiN

but monkey soundwave works for you?

I declair your oppinion to be Greenland.

Animated Soundwave was bulky all over. Looked like he could bench press something really heavy. This guy just has giant shoulders and long, spindly arms. He just looked off. At least Soundwave's arms fit in with the rest of his body. Thats my opinion Liege, Im not debating it with you :redface

I have to side with Breaker here, the figure looks moe like a rejected robotic monkey from Planet Of The Apes

ongoing joke ;) I'll get him a day when he's in the mood :tflaugh

Respect to Breaker (even though he loves Monkeywave)

About Smolder, I've had him displayed with the gesalt head out all day, and even without the drones, that looks real good.

may just leave him that way :mwahaha

People who don't like the "big shoulders" look of the many WFC characters that sport it won't like Smolder. He is a superb figure. I agree with disregarding line preference. I look at these little guys as Scouts w/ a $2 Targetmaster bonus. How do you go wrong (Don't answer that. I don't care)?

The shoulder pads are not theissue with me. They never have been not even with the Transformers that was more shoulder pad then anything else that distinction goes to Road Fire from Zone.

my main thins is the aesthetics. Where the Cybertron scouts were done right robot wise. Smolder goes from thin to bulk to thin to bulk. and with his paint scheme it looks more like he is actually a skinny bot, who is wearing oversized boots andoversized football shoulder pads complete with an ancient Japanese or Chinese helmet. while his partner looks more like chimpanzee

I'm not seeing the problem. Plus, he makes one kickass torso.
