Transformers: Seasons 3 and 4 Box Art Preview

Thanks to Shout! Factory who's sent out the cover art for the Transformers Generations 1 DVD cover to Season 3 and 4. This one's got Rodimus holding up the Matrix to ward off the Decepticon warriors Scourge, Cyclonus and Galvatron as Unicron's head looms in the distance. Pretty spiffy. This set will be out April 20, 2010 for an MSRP of $29.95. Check out the cover and more details after the jump. Read the Full News Story Here

Man this is good news for everyone who doesn't already have the series if they knock off the vol1/2 crap. Concerning any show, I just plain hate that!!!

I do have the Rhino sets so I haven't bought any of these. The Matrix set looks nice, but is expensive. The individual seasons are pretty cheap though. S1 I see online for $11 often, S2 is following in suit...

I may trade up soon. The Rhino sets may just find The Endcap soon.

just watched the extras...........................meh.:bored

But after watching disc one, it has those commercial intro and outtros that i like so much that weren't in that metal boxed Japanese box set. haven't seen those since i was a kid so i was excited to see them. They're in the Rhino box sets i think. I don't own the Rhino sets though. Those are way to pricey.

I would love to have these or the matrix entire series set, but I've got the Rhino version and for all their flaws here and there I just can't make myself buy the full Shout set for 100.00+.

Besides, I'm old enough to have watched them when they came on TV orginally so I can remember the way they were so any hiccups isn't a big deal for me.
