Landmind was a GREAT deluxe! Anyway Sideways is def one of my favorite purchases this year. Too bad they made him a coward, and it's also a real shame that the Demolishor sucks so hard, because otherwise I'd get him just based on Sideway's bio.

I just got this guy...oh my gods!!!! miles beyond sideswipe! what a shame.... I may paint over the red with a simple black spray paint as soon as I find a brand of paint that is the most durable and wont rub off. But for noe the red is not as bad as I thought. What is a win for me with this figure is all of the detail! Every nook and cranny has robot detail. it is so nice. This is a total decepticon equal to 2007 concept BEE. also I find I don't really need the tabs to snap the back together, it folds up tightly on it's own.

There are some great poses I can get out of this figure...this beats out sideswipe.

Another point I didn't see in Blitzwing's review -

The back of his hood actually folds up on each side of his neck making a collar of sorts, this also helps the back kibble sit better (either up or down)

i love him, his feet do suck to pose but i use those things on his feet where the tires are on the bottom of his legs to help him pose it makes it alot better

I sent blitz wing an e-mail about his comment on correct transformations on this figure and pointed that part out...not to be mean but to warn him that there will be MANY MANY MANY fans who will notice this. But hey you know what, he great reveiws regardless and they sometimes help in making buying decisions.

Good review. I wa very iffy on getting this figure but in hand he is real nice.

The online pics make it look like he has on an orange diaper, but inhand it realy isn't offensive.

I know what the bio reads...

But on my shelves he'll be a nice counter for Sideswipe

I think this guy is great. The car mode is good and robot mode only has a few problems; The feet are too small, and the random red stomach. Otherwise this is a great figure worth buying.

This is how I prefer to transform the legs. I use the back panels as a part of the 'foot.' The panels can also be flipped to either side and still be used this way.

Wow, my camera really sucks. You can barely tell what I am trying to show, here. Eh, if you have him, you probably know what this is...

there are tabs on the back, that hold the back kibble in place

right, unless you decide to lower all that back kibble, so you don't see it all stacked behind his head...in that instance the tabs don't apply, and sure it goes against the instructions, but I think it looks better! I've seen several people pose theirs in this manner, rather than following the official instructions. :thumb

it still works when lowered, the circled area being the tab:

Dude, totally had them lined up...just didn't snap them in! Thanks :thumb
