iGear has updated their site with news and images for to super awesome cool fan project redux of City Commander upgrade: TF-001 Wreckers Leader Upgrade. Taking a queue from the Animated cartoon series this Magnus upgrade comes with a new head, BIG hammer weapon, flag accessory, sword, fusion cannon, and an arsenal of missiles. Okay so what is the green flag thing? Didn't I see a comic cover or something with Magnus (or somebot) holding a flag like that?

Eiter way, it's nice looking. That hammer is cool and I wouldn't mind adding it to my arsenal.

Outside of that though, I really don't see any need for this. Plus iGear always costs a small fortune. At $59 before shipping, I can very easily pass on this. Hell thats 2 voyagers and a deluxe right there with enough left over to get a dollar store fireman set and give Manus that hamer with an axe to boot!

The face is weird. Ultra Magnus looks like he's puckering up to give someone a kiss.

I like the over sized hammers.

not a big fan of the hammers.. the sword looks alright, the gun looks nice, i like the missile launchers, flag looks neat.. but i REALLY REALLY don't like that head, to me it looks like magnus, as a child, wearing a giant ultra magnus suit.

iGear sucks. Their products look like crap and they can't seem to do anything really original. When they try to do something original, it sucks. Fansproject on the other hand, are FREAKIN AWESOME!!

I don't like that head. It doesn't match the style color or casting of Fans Project's UM head. Missile Launchers too, they look rubbery and off color. The hammers, flag and gun are nice enough...but not worth nearly sixty bucks plus shipping to buy JUST for those. Really though, Fans Project just put out a missile pod and gun upgrade for what, $11.00 plus shipping? I'll take Fans Project's in house upgrades to their own work instead of another company's upgrade, to a different company's upgrade.

maybe i was a little harsh with that last review...good effort but not to my taste...i do like the combined hammer though. I like sledgehammers. weapon of choice really.

You guys this head IS Ultra Magnus, ... REALLY!! You need to see it in person or check out this pic of Ultra Magnus' head sculpt where you can see his chin is whats sticking outso you can see he is NOT puckering up. ALTHOUGH i do see what your seeing its just his chin though, and this replicates UM ALOT betta imo!
