ok well I was wrong about what parts would be what on the robot mode. But I have to say the treads becoming BM Rat Trap style wheels is a cool idea and I totally didn't see it coming. Now I want to see the other Constructicon's to see if this theme continues

I'd actually say this is his robot mode with those bits of kibble being a different set of arms and parts for the combined form maybe you could twist parts around but with out official photos or some concept its only speculation

also I'm not sure if this is an obscure homage or just a coincidence but this guy really gives me a Getter3 vibe

Well, that's why I thought he had giant wheels initially...

If those are his robot legs, he just went from must buy to complete pass, wheelchair robots are not cool. At least BM Rattrap had fold out actual legs.

Wheel-chair robots are much more realistic. There is no reason why a robot would need to be Bi-pedal.

I like the idea of a wheeled robot (again this isn't for all the figures - but some veriety is good.) The only reason that Rattrap (or any other wheeled robot toy) would need fold out legs is to stabilize - I'd be happy with a kickstand or something so that he displays nicely....

There's also no reason to design a robot like a pennyfarthing bicycle, this is all fictional anyway and bipedal is the major configuration we see so I don't see why he shouldn't be. I just don't find giant bulky head, giant bulky torso giant bulky arms and then 10 speed wheels a good combination here. Now I'm hoping he is just part of a combiner and those wheels just fold up and under the shoulders as decoration rather than actual mode of locomotion.
